Entschuldigung ich spreche kein deutsch aber ich kann das lesen. (Im Dutch)
I will do the rest of my question in english since that will be much more easier to understand. (you can respond in deutsch if you wish)
Ive a SmartHome system in my house and I want to change the settings. But we recently switched to a different internet provider and I therefore lost my email address on which I activated my system. So I'm unable to request my password for the system.
Is there any way of resetting the system and creating a new account to use it with? Luckily the pn is still at the back of the device and the device is connecting to the network.
Im pretty desperate because the winter is coming up and I would like to adjust my heating profiles.
