Ive a SmartHome system in my house and I want to change the settings. But we recently switched to a different internet provider and I therefore lost my email address on which I activated my system. So I'm unable to request my password for the system.
Is there any way of resetting the system and creating a new account to use it with? Luckily the pn is still at the back of the device and the device is connecting to the network.
Im pretty desperate because the winter is coming up and I would like to adjust my heating profiles.

Perform a Factory Reset on your Smarthome central unit (SHC) (cut the power to the shc, press the left button and reapply power. Hold the button until the display shows "Reset". Then release the button.)
Having done this, go to http://rwe-smarthome.de and click the "Mein Smarthome" link in the upper right corner.
Select the tab "Einrichten" and click on "Zentrale einrichten".
You will be asked to enter the serial no of your SHC (the one printed on the label on the back of the unit), and the PIN that should have appeared on the display of the unit by now.
You will then be guided through the process of setting up a new account, together with an empty configuration.
Afterwards, you can start adding your devices and defining profiles for your smarthome.
