Hallo Andrek,
diese Meldung ist absolut eindeutig und wurde hier im Forum auch schon mehrmals behandelt.
Du befindest dich irgendwie in einem anderen (Sub-) Netzwerk mit deiner OH-Maschine wie die Zentrale.
Hast du an der Zentrale den Dienst "Fernzugriff" aktiviert bzw. gekauft?

Und lies dir auch mal die Beiträge zwei Posts weiter oben durch - genau das könnte bei dir ebenfalls das Problem verursachen!

Der ansatz ist vieleicht nicht schlecht aber wo finde ich das gatway in der SH-Zentrale?
im rpi hab ich es gefunden

ps ich habe kein fernzugriff, und ich bearbeite auch nichts auf der weboberfläche
